I currently have a BCM400 with an off premises extension that terminates onto a line of a BCM50.
I can dial into the LDN of the BCM400, (dial the OPX of the BCM50) and call is answered via the AA and I am able to dial the internal extension fo the BCM50 - no problem.

I am having a problem with downloading the smart updates from the AVAYA site. I do have full access.
When I select a particular update, I then select the zip file and where it goes is beyond me. I would appreciate any input as to what I may be doing wrong.

With reference to BCM50 pre 6.0 - you could do a Feature 9*8 and obtain the various features activated on the KSU. This does not seem to be the case on 6.0.
Am I missing something?
As well does this mean you won't be able to activate the key codes via telset?

I formerly had a Norstar matrix that showed me the software version code (i.e. 30DuF01) equated to a MICS 6.0 etc. I would simply logon using Telset and then obtain (30....) code and then look this number up on a chart.

Currently there has been an influx of toll fraud access on a Call Pilot 100. While caller appears to be dialing out via the mailbox's outbound transfer (enabled). I understand how this can be BUT I want to know if a 'fraudster' can access remotely to change this option from 'N' to 'Y'?

Have a BCM50 with DTI/PRI - if a set's target line is programmed to ring - and the USER puts the set in the DND mode. Will the incoming line targeted to that set give a busy signal?
If not, is there anyway that we can busy out the line incoming?
