Have a site with a BCM400 4.0 to be linked with a BCM200 3.7. I have 2 VOIP trunks licensed at both ends. Both ends connected to the network. Routing and gateway programming are done, but cannot call thru from either end. Calls from the BCM400 end sieze and dial as observed on Monitor...
Got IPO500 v2 r8 with a 9630G phone. Initially brought phone up as x200, but now want to change the extension number. Can't seem to get the new extension to stick. Keeps going back to x200 no matter what I try. Tried extension renumber...doesn't stick. What am I missing??
On the Avaya IP Office with PRI (23 B Channels), and DID numbers being used for all extensions, where is it possible to program caller ID to be the main listed number for all outgoing calls, instead of the individual DID numbers???
BCM400, 3.7 software, 2/6 split, PDD. Bus 2, 3, 4 have DSM32+ cards with correct dip switch settings. Bus 5 has a DSM32 (no +) card, also with correct dip switch settings. I can only get the first 16 ports to work on the DSM32 (no +). The second 16 ports just continually flash. DSM32 card...
IP Office 8.0 (standard config)/VM Pro environment...would like incoming calls to ring a hunt group (collective) then, if not answered in say 4 rings, go to VM Pro AA. How do you get from HG to AA? What is the mechanism?

Tried to expand an IPO 3.2(55) by replacing a 16 port DSM (ver 5.2) with a new 30 port DSM (ver 9.0). Tested the DSM30 on an IPO 7.0 first then did the swap at the customer site. Existing phones (5410D & 5420D) would not work and new 5420D phones would not work. Just got a 'please wait...'...

I have a client with an NEC IPK and DTH-16D-1 phones. Is it normal to make internal and external calls from the speaker and be able to hear the called party, but not be heard until you pick up the handset? Would a HFU solve that problem?
