    Name Display Issue

    Hi I have a Meridian OPT 11 Phone system. The issue I have is with the name display. On some phones it comes up OK when a caller rings in e.g. 'Stewart' but on others it come up as 'James:3904' How do I stop the :3904 coming up on the affected ones?
