    Package for web Xtra problem

    I'm packaging my AW5 file for the web. I have a MPG file, and I get a can't find the driver error. I've tried to add a line to the AAM file, and I've added an Xtras folder, but no luck. Can anyone here step me through this? LAH

    Get rid of Media Request in List of Alerts

    Does anyone know how to stop the message class Media Request from appearing? When you change a tape just inserting it in the drive is not enough to continue the backup, you must to go to Alerts and OK the Media Request. Can this be avoided?
