    Deskjet 6940 - Password Reset

    Have to reset the admin password for an hp 6940. Previous IT person left without providing it. Tried the factory reset - report button + cancel x 3, turn off for 3min (per hp cust service). Cleared everything but the admin pw. HP was no help. Any ideas???? - Thanks
