My software vendor is requiring us to turn on FIPS 140-2 on all our Windows 2008 servers that run the application. Can we do this, one server at a time, while keeping the servers and the application up and running. Thanks.

Installation includes Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007 & Office (Word) 2000. Predefined symbols, coorecting accidental usage of the CAPS LOCK key, capitalizing the first letter of a sentence and a few other rules will not work. This is documented as a problem.
