For the life of me I can not get the switch to give me 100Mbit. port 25 + 26 give 100Mbit - but no others. I have tried auto neg enabled/disabled, The PC's gets 100Mbit in port 26 and 26, but I have more than 2 PC's to connect. All ports say 10Mbit no matter what i do. any help would be great

I have created a main form with 2 subforms. when in design view everything looks great. in form view I have a box on the left side of each subform (with and arrow at the top), also I have nav bars (next record and such)in each sub form. Is there anyway to not have those items visible in form...
