W3491 internal ArcServe error unable to insert UUID
This seems like a connection problem with the SQL Database. CA has tried to connect to the database using BConfig.exe but there are issues with "creating" the database. CA updated me to SP3 fixing another issue with corrupt jobs which illicited the W3491 error. Reinstall? I have seen one...- dgates

VPN Worked fine last week, now error 691!
Firewall: Outsourced VPN Server: NT 4.0 Something changed somewhere, but where? Try to VPN into the corporate LAN and we're hit with the 691 error. We didn't change anything here. Could it be the firewall? The router? WE used this last week, it worked fine.- dgates
