    problem when T1 fails- goes to another state

    I have a t1 (actually a point to point circuit) that travels between my location and my off hours answer service (geographically located across the street. The CSU on this circuit has failed a few times this week. When this happens, my calls are going to a number in New York...this is a problem...

    Need to fix overhead paging connection in Mitel SX2000

    The overhead connection stopped working. I can use the paging system independent of the Mitel, but when I dial the access code from a telephone all I get is dead air...the board looks okay (?) in software...I have no maintenance contract on a system I inherited (I'm an Avaya girl)...please help!
