I have,
1 CS1K Rel.5.0
1 CCMS+CCMA Server
1 CCR Server.
I configured the CS1K and it works fine. But I can't configure CCMS with CCR.
How to configure Contact Center Manager Server and Contact Center Recording together ? (CCMS Rel.6.0 and CCR Rel 6.5)
