KeyServe failure
I've noticed a problem with the keyserve "feature" server on our dedicated voicemail server - and no matter what we've tried so far, the service starts up and just shows a white box with a red cross through it in the system tray. No useful information whatsoever is shown on the "about" screen...- NickRyan

How to repair IP403 IP settings
We have an IP403 system, however for whatever reason the IP settings appear to have been corrupted and we can no longer communicate with the system using IP. The system has been restarted in case it's a transitory fault but this hasn't fixed it's problems. (Can't say what version of the SW it's...- NickRyan
