    Creating a Personalization site fails

    When I attempt to creat a "Personalization site", I get an "unexplained error", and I couldn't find anything in SharePoint's Help system on this.     MySite link is not there

    Hi, When I log on, or anyone else logs on the "MySite" link is not there. I thought that it would be there by default. If it is somehow turned off, I can not find where to turn it back on.
