    HP DesignJet 130 dark shadows

    There are shadows in the picture sthat I print. They are official photos for the US Airforce and the shadows are slight in the digital image, but when I print the pictures on this printer, the shadows come out really blotchy and dotty. It looks really bad. I tried it another another printer...
