    CFW to ACD problem

    Meridian 1 Opt 11C Can a user CFW to an ACD if the ACD is set up to call a cell phone? I've tested calling the ACD and that works just fine, but the user can't forward her set to the ACD. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    I have a Meridian 1 Option 11C with MerMail. Ext 613's message waiting indicator is on. When you check the mailbox, there are no messages, and the light will turn off. Minutes later, the light will come back on. Any clues as to how I can resolve this problem?
