Adding ACD phone
I have a Mitel SX200el and need to set up an existing phone to log in to an ACD group. I have set the COS to match the other phones and freed up the buttons needed to log in and out. when I try to log in using the ACD feature code and member number (in this case #5 + 51-55) I receive the message...- MontMIke
