Computers on Subnet have dropped off one by one, HELP!??!!

Virus found during Backup Job
We use ARCserve 11.1 and recently during a nightly backup job, it picked up a virus from somewhere (Win32/Virut.10188.B). ARCserve finds it, renames it and moves it to an ARCTEMP folder. My problem is that i can't find where it originally gets the virus from (what file or mailbox). Have looked...- MissBraveheart
