    PC Never Shutdown! Reboots Everytime.....

    Hi, I have intel P4 1.6 GHZ, 512 MB DDR, Gigabyte 845 GV-RZ series motherboard, and Windows XP pro sp2 Installed. Everytime I shutdown my PC, it reboots again. It never shuts down. I have to manually switch it off. What is the problem, what should I do to get rid of it. Thanks in Anticipation...
