    outlook public folders

    When we drag an email message from one public folder to another public folder, it copies the message rather than moves the message. Is this by design or is it a setting? We can right click and move the message fine, but were just wondering about the typical drag and drop. Thanks!

    Outlook Today monitoring Public Folder problem

    We have added a public folder to Outlook 2003 Outlook today so we can see when new email messages arrive to it. The problem we have is that Outlook Today says there are two new messages in that folder and when you go to that folder it is empty. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    webaccess calendar

    The calendar in Groupwise webaccess is displaying all appointments with the same incorrect start time. However, when you double-click the appointment to go in and view its details, the start time and end time are correct. After some testing, it appears that the calendar is picking up the hour...
