IP 406DS 3.2? at the main site, 2 remote sites with a few 4610's connected to the main site via simple lan to lan tunneling. I do have a VCM8 card installed. RING TONES ON 5410'S
Afternoon once again... Does anyone know if Avaya is planning on releasing some new Ring Tones for the 5410 phones, we use them with a 406 system. At any rate they all sound the same and I expect my office isnt the only place where you see everyone running to answer their phones when a call...- silverseeker

MOH VOLUME?
Good evening everyone, We have a 406 version 3.2 using office manager 5.2 and was wondering if there is a way to adjust the volume level of the music on hold file i.e. the wav file used by the system on boot. It seems to be to load and causing distortion although it sounds fine if you play it...- silverseeker
