    Scheduleing Call Forwarding

    Hi, Our main office extension is set to forward to a another extension and this seems to happen everynight at 8:00 P.M. is there such a thing as scheduling a an extension to forward a specific time? If so, is there a way to disable and enable at will? Thanks!

    External Call Forwarding

    Hi, Do I need to have a phyisical phone connected to have calls that come in to an extension forwarded to an external number? When I to PRT in LD20, it shows the number set to forward but when I dial the extension it goes to the regular voice mail. Any ideas? Thank you.

    Hi everyone, It seems that some extensions have been setup in the following way, where if you dial 81(ext) your cell phone actually rings, it sounds like some sort of call fowarding feature. Anyone heard of this? Thanks, Arnold.
