    ACT! 9 backup...zip only?

    ACT9 seems to back up (HD) only in Stuffit Zip format. Older versions backed up without zip. Is this the nature of ACT9, or am I missing a setting.. ... or? djon

    schedules don't appear in notes 2005

    I've used ACT! since 1989...in 2005 future schedule stopped automatically appearing in notes...was very crucial in earlier releases. I'd like to find schedule from contact page, rather than having to enter separately in notes or hunt thru calendar.
