Creating Balloons or pop-ups in dw8
Hi I am creating a site that uses a map. When users run the mouse over a specific location I would like a balloon (not sure if this is actually what it is called) to pop-up with a picture, a brief description of the picture and a link to another page. How do I do this? Thanks in advance Lkips
