Trying to get calls to go to voice mailbox after hitting no answer hunt group. The hunt group was already built so the Hunt Call Treatment Settings are grayed out and cant be changed at this point.

Need to add about 1800 for LD control but cant seem to find the answer in docs. Thinking that number is based on the length of the code?

Anyone tried to upgrade a BCMS Server / Clienton a Win 7 or 10 OS?
