I have a Route 22 for overhead paging.
I set TARG to 01 and 02 however when i go to ld 16 to put tARG to 00 it wont let me. I have a bunch of phones with TGAR 0 that i need to restrict from Route 22 so they dont overhead page. How can i do this without having to change every phone TGAR to 0?
Here is a phone that will not transfer calls, can someone look and see why I cant do so? I hit transfer i am able to pick up another line and dial, but when I hit transfer again it will not transfer the call.

I have 2 phones in a hunt group which are reported on CMS.
User would like to be able to receive a call, place them on hold and answer another incoming call. I checked the Hunt group for them, I thought it would be taken care of in the Multiple Call handling box.
What else can I check...
We put a Vocera telephony server on a lineside T1.
Vocera cannot dial out to a local number. I did a Lis Trac for the TAC and I get this:

There are 2 phones with the ACD key of 3663.
When no one is on the phone, the caller hears the ring before the call is answered. If someone else calls and the previous caller is still being helped by the agent, the caller will hear an announcement...
I have a person who wants to be able to use the bluetooth from the pc via the softphone.
When I setup his softphone on his pc, the only option under the Audio Tuning Wizard gave me Simga Tel and no others.
My scenario in a Menu Service that I am trying to achieve is when a caller gets to a message I have set up stating: "Press 1 to continue to hold"
Where from the Menu Service in App Builder do I point it to hold until the callee answers?

I have a CICS with 5 analog pots lines going to lines 1, 2, 3, 4 and 31..
All of them work fine except 31. I moved the jumper to 32 no workie same with 33, 34

I am trying to open an application in the builder. When I click on the file to open it gives me a message that says it cannot load the application from the server.
The Menu Service is working fine, however even when I dial Prompt maintenance and enter password it says that it is being updated...
We have a 61 with 4 digit dialing that eventually will be going to a 5 digit dialing plan..
Is it as simple as just giving the phone a 5 digit DN in key 0 ?

On CP 4.4.4 I have an application and trying to record for a Menu Service. I installed the call pilot player but when I record and enter an extension to call, it never rings the phone.

I get the message light on the phone and the flashing MWK but when I check for messages there are none. I also noticed on the front panel I have a MAJ alarm.
I have 2 an option 11 and a 61 on an OTM server.
When I make station changes on the 61 and hit OK, it will go to the scheduler to update on it's own.
However on the 11 it will not do that. I have to manually hit transmit to get the updates going.
What do I need to change?
We had 2 recent occurences where this call center had a few agents on idle, but none of the calls were going to the agents. The supervisor tells me that there were 18 calls in queue and none were being answered. We rebooted the server which brought everything up and this happened again 2 days...
Option 61 with a Norstar tie...
Operator transfers calls to the Norstar from the 61. After the calling party answers the call then seconds later the operator answers a call in which she hears the 2 parties talking to each other(the caller which she had just transferred)

Calls are coming in to 61, calls originating from known ATT customers are going to the console. Other calls coming in(cell phones, Verizon and other carriers) go directly to the extension. I think it is a translation problem with ATT. The incoming T1 to the switch is on an ATT circuit...
