NAM VOICEMAIL
Some of you may have read some of our problems before. Basically the voice mail was doing some strange things(dropping out almost daily). Call transferring question
This worked so well last time thought I would try another question. We have a MICS system and when the operator transfers a call to a DN and no one answers the call rings back to the operator (or to the AA if the return to AA) is enabled. AA and Voicemail problem
I have an ICS with Norstar voicemail 4.0. When callers call in and the AA answers they can enter an extension and get to whoever they wish to talk with.
