    Laptop External Screen DVD slower

    why would connecting a 12" LCD to a Dell 7500 laptop show slow performance when playing DVDs? The laptops 15" screen plays DVDs GREAT, I close the laptop and connect a 12" LCD and its choppy...any ideas? Thanks

    Is there a standard procedure on opening ports through a cisco router? I am installing some bank software that says to open TCP 1724 (I think) and TCP Protocol 47...any info would be great.
