    Adding and Removing pages

    In my book file, I'm ending up with extra pages that I need to remove. In other files, I need to add pages, but FrameMaker doesn't seem to want to cooperate. I know how to add/delete disconnected pages. But I want to add/delete connected pages. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
