    Upgrading from 6.1 to 7.1 XC

    Does anyone know if there are any issued going from MICS 6.1 NA to 7.1XC. They currently have 1- 6 port fiber expansion and will be adding a secon e6-port expansion. Can I simply power down and change the software cartridge as 6.1 is actually 7.0?

    picking up parked calls from remote bcm

    I have 3 bcm systems networked using centralized vmail. site "A" is a 400, site "B" and "C" are 50's. A call is parked at site A and they page to site "B" for someone to pick that call up. Does anyone know how to set this up, I've tried setting up different routes and destination codes. ??

    Answer with DISA on MICS 7.1 XC

    I have a MICS 7.1 XC with analog trunks, one programmed for DISA. The system answers the line but does not send any stuttered dial tone. The same setup works fine on a 4.1 version. Anyone run into this problem?

    Multi-party conference on 4.0

    I have a customer who wants callers to call in and be conferenced into a set in the board room. Does anyone know of a way to do this using the "NEWCALL" feature. They do not want to call each person, they want the parties to call in like they do on a conference bridge.

    Business name display outgoing on PRI BCM 400, 4.0

    I have a 400 running 4.0 with 2 PRI circuits. If i program the "send name display" in telephony resources for 1 or both PRI, both the extexsion name and company name are displayed at the called party destination.
