    Voice Back Up on NEC 2000

    We are putting together a way to make a back up from the IM16 LX voice mail on a NEC 2000IPS. We want to be able to put it on the hard drive and copy it to CD. Any procedures,ideas, pitfalls, or shorcuts. If a procedure beyond the book is not out there, I will share what we find. Greg

    NEC 2000: Digit Added Across CCIS

    We have 2 2000s with a CCIS link and also a 2400 linked. It appears that one of the 2000s is the hub. When we dial across the 2000 to 2000 link a digit is added. We are at 4 digit dialing and a fifth digit is added. We went to 5 digit dialing and a sixth digit was added. We attempted trunk...
