    Don't install TM 3.0 from scratch; if you are a glutton for punnishment, then at least use my FAQ to help. Otherwise get a copy of 2.2, install that first, then install TM 3.0. It will cut your install times and problems. -jadexing.

    TM 3.0 - can't retrieve phones but do get job in scheduler

    I have an issue where I can not retrieve phones from TM. Element manager can make a connection to the command line interface to the PBX with the same user name and password that I am trying to connect with through TM to get to the PBX; but it's not working through TM (I have 5 darn TM boxes...)...
