I have a MICS 4.1 with Call Pilot 150 release 2 with basic ACD. The problem I have is the ACD will work fine in perfered or least busy for about an hour then the agents stop recieving calls and the calls will just sit in the que. You have to have the agent log out and log back in to start...
I am about to upgrade a MICS to release 7 software. Is there a problem with release 7 software and the M7000 telephones.
