Totally stumped: Cannot make outgoing calls
We have three trunks. When making calls, if the call goes out on line 1, no problem. If the call goes out on line 2 or 3, we either get a busy signal with "Busy" in phone display, or "Disconnected" with a fast busy signal. I've tried everything I can think of. Question: How to force night service when not at night
We've got the incoming lines set to go to night service hours starting at 5:00 pm. It's a small company, and there are times when they want night service to start earlier in the day if everyone is leaving. How is this accomplished without having to run the Manager software?
