Does the R3 ( old box on the wall ) have a history of a peoblem with the message waiting lamps staying on after all messages have been deleted. I am not asking about a recent history but going back to when they were new.
ACS 308 ( only ) with a PC VM card with 10 mB's on it. What exts. are assigned to the PC card. First system I have encountered with the PC card and not the modules.
Customer complains that their Message Waiting lamps are staying on at times even after they have deleted messages.
Is there any history of this or is there a config. that I need to adjust or should the client do something when leaving their mailbox such as an exit procedure?

Have a client witha Partner 2 with only 206 module no PROC card and using Partner 6's ( no display ). Can I use Partner 6's with or without displays and only use a 308EC with no PROC card. Will I get caller ID will I get date and time?

Just so I am up to speed on the speakerphone issue. Did not the BS-10 replace the older 8 button with a usable full duplex speakerphone?
I believe the older 8 buttons had a touch pad membrance and had to have an actual external speakerphone unit connected with a cable.
Using 410's with BIS-10's. The speakerphone on all the phones will not work. My customer can hear the caller thru the speaker but they can not hear the customer.
I have tried to turn on and off the MIC button but no good. Is this a wiring issue?

Does Partner Mail 3 ( the old box on the wall ) allow for Centrex transfer via one of the AA? I thought it did but I can not locate the Centrex Transfer option when I am within the AA set up.

Is the Infinity line part of AT&T Lucent Avaya? If so do you have resources for this product. I have a clinet who has one and wants me to work on it.

It seesm that the"i nternal" station CID is not displaying on the called set when the station user dials *xx to activate the handfree mode.
When they dial just the station ext number xx and the set rings that is when the internal station CID is displayed.

Any reason why Partner will not allow a Centrex transfer from a users mailbox? I know about the work around setting up an AA menu but that requires the caller to exit out of the users mailbox.
Why did Partner not just include the same Centrex FLASH and DIAL feature optin from each users...
