Vodavi Starplus not forwarding to Cell
The previous tech set up the phones to forward off-net, or to my co-workers cell phones. Two of the extensions are successful - they do not have to hit forward or do anything when they leave their desk, their extension will ring 2/3 times and then go straight to cell. Use one station button to ring two?? Is this possible?
I am a newbie with our system and there may be an easy solution that I am not aware of. I have one person working between two different desks/phones. When I push her station button I would like it to ring both stations instead of me having to guess where she is at. Is this possible? - only...- guyvette
