    Legend R5 Voice mail coverage

    Customer has 64 telephones all with voicemail and all cover OK (coverage group 30 COS 3) except 2 extensions that will forward to extension 100 instead of going to voicemail. if i reset mailboxes they work ok for a week or so and then start forwarding to 100 again.
