    Feature error and call pilot not answering

    My Automatic attendant is not picking up. Also, when you try to check your messages you receive and "inactive feature" message. I have reset the power and nothing seems to get this up and running again. What do I have to do to fix this?? Thanks in advance. AWHLLC
