AVG 8.0 installation failed, HELP!

CRM workflow rules, HELP!
hello, I'm setting up a microsoft dynamics CRM SBE system and I'm having an issue with workflow rules. I just got a Nextel i930 phone and I'm trying to get the wireless activesync to work but am having no luck with it.
