    I have an Option 11c, our auto attendant is not picking up until 10 rings. How can I change the number of rings for auto attendant?

    I have a meridian option 11c with Meridian mail... Currently we have a prompt maintenance ext. set up with the desired auto attendant message... Is there a way to add additional "greeting" prompts... Or do I have to re-record each time I want the greeting changed?
