    Assigning a unique IP to each user

    I have a windows 2003 server with 2 IP addresses. Is there a way to bind IP#1 to userA and IP#2 to userB, that way each user has a unique IP address when they surf the web, ftp, IM, etc. Thanks in advance, Michael
