Yes..indeed some are chatters and calls take more than 1hour and VMPRO can only record the first hour of that call.
Is there a way how to tweak that limit within VMPRO?

There does not seem to be a way how to create a user rights template to force mandatory recording for all users.
Is there any other method that can help me instead of going tru all the system for setting the recording to mandatory?
