ASA 5505 not connecting to VPN tunnel

Transferring voicemail
We are using the Cisco Call manager (ver. 4.2(3)) and cisco Unity (ver. 4.2) and I have transferred incoming calls to a differant extention but if the call is not answered the calls go back to the original extentions voicemail.
