I am trying to figure out how to change our directory in our VM system. I have Merlin Mail release 3. With previous phone systems I have worked with it was changed on each persons extension VM but I am not seeing a prompt to add or change the directory listing in the VM.
I can't seem to get this feature to work. I know we have call forwarding with our service provider.
I have an old Merlin System. I set up a forward button. Then I go to enter the dial out code as my manual says and it turns off the forward feature.
I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
I recently set up a new VM box in Merlin Mail but when you ring to that line it does not connect to the VM it rings back to the receptionist. I wanted to make sure that the VM box was actually set up So I tried Modifying options and was able to get into the VM box I set up.
