    okay i had a problem with importing a .txt file into excel as it was 150,000+ lines. i tried to import to Access but i get errors. i fixed most of them by bringing in most of the dates as "text" instead of Date/time as they would error that way. I am still having trouble with a date and time...

    excel file too large to load? any way around this??

    Ok heres my dilemma, I am running reports from a inhouse software that exports ONLY to excel. this leads to many problems as the reports are VERY large, 100,000 rows or more, they take about 20 mins to run and then they give the error of "file not loaded completely" they are exported as a .txt...
