I am new to this switch when i connect via console i cannot seem to access CLI mode i all i get is a -> and a few commands, how do i access the CLI,
When i try and view its status from device manager, it shows "frontOperStatus: testing"
The "Online" LED is solid amber

I have some sets that use copper cot route for outgoing calls, i have clba on the sets to block outgoing caller id
Can i have clba on the sets but setup a feature where i can use caller id from the clid table when i want to?

WTA not allowed for CLS DTA.

I cannot ping an i2002 phone from ld 117, the phone registers ok, calls go to phone but cannot be answered, also calls can originate from phone but cannot be answered.
Any idea's on what i can do to fix this?

We have changed the ip address of ccma and ccms now when i try and pull historical or real time reports i just get a blank page. Is there somewhere in sybase that needs to be updated with the new ip address as well?

We open at 8 am, when i look at the realtime report at 8 am i am showing calls abandoned between 7:45 am and 8 am when the lines open, the intervals are set like this:
