    Caller ID

    Can anyone tell me if caller Id is sent to analaog ext. assigned to hunt group. I have a customer that has 8 analog ext. tied to a fax server. I have a DID assigned to ring into hunt group. The fax sever is suppose to route calls by caller ID but it fails to route call properly.

    call route destination not working

    I have a PRI circut on a 3.2.53 and cannot get the incoming route destination to route call directly to ext. # without putting a period in the destination field.
