ArcServe r11.5 SP4 wants a new tape but has space
I've run into a weird one with ArcServe r11.5 SP4. It's doing a full backup of the server, but once it completes the backup and CRC check it then asks for tape #2 of the sequence to be inserted, yet there is no tape 2 and it can't be for space reasons because the tape still has 10GB of free...- Quitch

ArcServe and recovery storage groups
I need to restore a database from an old backup to recover a mailbox... or more specifically, a folder from within the mailbox. Now I believe the way to do this would be to put the database into a recovery storage group, then exmerge out the mailbox I want to a PST. Thing is, I can't find how...- Quitch
