    Design / Layout of BCM400

    I have been trying for a while now to understand how the DN,Lines, and various other objects are laid out in the BCM 400 Implentation. I have work on Class 5 switches, the BCM seems to be laid out somewhat similarly. However some good pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    BCM400 upgrade from 3.7 to 4.0

    I need a lot of help in upgrading from version 3.7 to 4.0(or the latest). I presently have users using the BCM so any downtime could only be during off peak. Additionally need the existing data to be put back or configured in exactly the way it was / similar. Please Help !! Thank you.
