How can I direct my switches 911 calls out of our switch to local 911 service with proper ANI?

Ok, i have a Avaya 8720 switch. We want to send 911 calls off to local counties emergency system. Easy to redirect with UDP, but what about the ANI ? My issue would be that the local Emergency wouldn't know where the call was actually coming from. How could I do this ?
