    Excel 2002 Replace "No format set" reformats entire cell anyway

    Hi, As my subject says ... In Excel 2002, when I have bold and non-bold text in the same cell, and I do a Replace of a word or phrase of the non-bold text, the entire cell gets formatted non-bold ... or sometimes as bold!
