    Auth codes for 1 route only?

    Option 11 RLS 21 ISS 54 (OLD) Customer now needs to have auth codes for LD calling over 1 route. ATT does not provide auth codes on their NEW IPFlex product. Can we only have auth codes for 1 route? Also cannot find SPWD in CDB to use in LD 88. Thank you

    New MICS and 4 new modules

    Caller ID - Number vs Name

    I have an Opt 11 Rls 21 Iss 54 with PRI T1 and DID's. On an inbound call, they receive the number in the caller ID. They now want the name to display. Is this a program change only in the Opt 11 or do we need to call the carrier ATT also? Thank you.

    Hangers into metal

    FNA 2616 to an outside number.

    UNABLE TO FIND CONNECTION MANAGER

    I have a communication program that dials out on an analog line. When I go to connect it now says "UNABLE TO FIND CONNECTION MANAGER". I also use another communication program for other types of systems and it uses the same modem/comm. port and works fine.
